Available in Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, and Brushed Rose Gold nishes, each sign is custom-made to re ect

Power

Illuminated signs use an energy-efficient, low-voltage LED lighting system designed to provide clear and consistent illumination.
Where specified, illuminated products may include:
• Pre-installed LED lighting
• A compatible 12V power supply or transformer
• Low-voltage connection cable
• Warm white or other selected illumination colours
• Concealed cable management
The supplied power components must be installed in a dry, protected, and appropriately ventilated location. Electrical connection must be completed by a licensed electrician.
Non-illuminated products do not require a power connection.

Installation

Each sign is supplied ready for installation. The appropriate installation method will depend on the sign design, selected mounting option, installation surface, and whether the product includes illumination.
Common installation methods include:
• Exterior-grade construction adhesive
• Neutral-cure clear silicone
• Decorative screw caps
• Stand-off fixings
• Concealed threaded mounting pins
• Direct wall mounting
Before installation, ensure the surface is clean, dry, level, and suitable for the selected fixing method. Carefully position the sign and use the supplied template or mounting hardware where provided.
For illuminated products, the low-voltage cable may need to be passed through the wall before the sign is secured. Final electrical connection must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical standards.
Fixings, drilling requirements, and installation procedures may vary between surfaces such as brick, concrete, render, stone, timber, and metal. Professional installation is recommended where required.
Production & Delivery

All signs are custom-made according to the information and options provided with your order.
Before production, please carefully check your:
• House number and street name
• Spelling and capitalisation
• Selected font, colour, size, and layout
• Design notes and custom requests
The online preview is provided as a visual guide only. Minor adjustments to spacing, alignment, sizing, and layout may be made during production to achieve the best possible result.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Completed signs are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched to the delivery address provided with the order.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, level of customisation, order volume, and delivery destination.
Warranty

Our products are manufactured with care using quality materials designed for their intended indoor or outdoor application.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials under normal use and installation conditions. It does not cover:
• Incorrect installation or electrical connection
• Damage caused during installation
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or impact
• Use of unsuitable adhesives, fixings, or cleaning products
• Normal wear, ageing, fading, or surface changes caused by environmental exposure
• Damage caused by extreme weather, water ingress, building movement, or electrical faults
• Unauthorised alterations, repairs, or modifications
Customers should inspect the product after delivery and report any damage, missing components, or manufacturing concerns promptly, together with photographs and order details.
Warranty eligibility and duration remain subject to the applicable House Sign Studio warranty and returns policy.
